Jana is multi-hyphenate artist living and working in LA and NYC. Her career spans across commercial dance, theatre and musical theatre, fitness platforms, movement education, corporate wellness, producing and writing. Jana’s mission is to create transformative art rooted in authenticity and to inspire and educate communities to do the same. When humans connect to their bodies, they can tap into their truths and live aligned, expansive lives.

Jana graduated from NYU with a degree in Economics, a Pre-Business Minor and a concentration in Non-Profit Management. She then trained at Alvin Ailey’s Pre-Professional Program and shortly after her commercial dance career began. TV:
